1. Returns

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, etc.) cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases of damage, spoilage, or wrong items received.
  • Non-perishable items (packaged goods, staples, household items) can be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in original condition within 2 days of delivery.
  • To request a return, please contact our customer support team with order details and photos (if applicable).

2. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

4. Exceptions

No returns or cancellations are allowed for items purchased under special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers.Items returned without original packaging or tampered with will not be accepted.
